Integrative Psychotherapist and Supervisor

Shehzana Valliani an Integrative Psychotherapist and Supervisor is qualified from CPCAB, UK and has been in practice for the past Five years. Shehzana is trained to provide counseling and therapy in several areas, some of which include addiction, grief and bereavement, depression, anger and self esteem issues. Apart from the above she has worked with children with grief, trauma, and teens having aggressive and rebellious behaviors and work with shame. By using Art, have worked with childhood abuse (physical/sexual/emotional) and domestic violence.

She has more than three years of experience working at the Rehabilitation Centre conducting sessions including addiction therapy as well as “Occupational Therapy”.  In addition to being a practicing therapist, she also trains and facilitates future therapists in groups.

Working with an integrative framework, she also trains a number of supervision models to help trainee supervisee’s form a rich and engaged supervisory relationships through understanding the theory and practice of supervision.

Shehzana main area of work is Somatic/ Phenomenological Experiencing and Felt Sense (Body Mind work) and Mindfulness.
