Omar Tauseef, who is a Fulbright scholar and graduate of LUMS and New York University. Omar is a Mental Health Counselor and a psychotherapist by profession. He has many years of professional experience working with students, individuals and organizations both in Pakistan and abroad. Omar has recently featured on My Awesome Journey, Gourmet Magazine, Sunday Magazine, NYU Notable Alumni, PTV World, A-TV, PTV Home, Channel 24 etc. Omar works as a mental health wellness counselor for LGS; teaches post-graduate training groups at Therapy Works, as well as works with dozens of clients in an individual and group format. Omar has recently delivered workshops on various topics at LUMS, BNU, PAC, PU, NCBA&E, The Last Word, Olomopolo Media, UCP, Pak-Turk besides attending and presenting at various conferences.

Some of Omar’s recent organizational work has included stress management, coping with trauma, conflict management, various mental health issues, positive parenting, work-life balance, use of personality and career assessments, assertiveness training, relationship building etc.
